PROTOTYPE MACHINERY

At SPS we take pride in our ability to develop practical as well as robust solutions for your needs. From basic modular units to be integrated into your current systems to complex turn key systems SPS can fill your needs.

Our prototype machinery development plan is what sets us apart. SPS believes that the client should be an integral part of the design process. SPS also finds that by providing complete systems testing, and run-off before shipping we can eliminate troubles during the installation phase.

DESIGN AND BUILD PROCESS

  • Concept – SPS engineers work with our clients to determine the correct concept and plan of action for the application before any steps toward detailed design or fabrication begin.

  • Design – Our design team works under the pretense of simplicity and common practices to achieve efficient and effective designs for each piece of machinery built

    .
  • Review – Weekly reports are sent to the client keeping them up-to-date on the progress of their project. There are also scheduled reviews as each project progresses allowing the clients to have a good grasp of all aspects of their project.

  • Fabricate – With in-house capabilities for all fabrication SPS is allowed the freedom of quick response for all needs resulting in more control of quality and easier application of new ideas throughout the fabrication process.

  • Assemble – Each project at SPS has a dedicated assembly area. All projects are assembled and tested in a controlled environment with quality and functionality of the specific project as the focus.

  • Test – All machines, whether designed by SPS or our clients, that are built at SPS are tested during an in-house run-off before shipping. This allows any modifications or changes to be made at the time that is the most efficient and effective.

  • Onsite assistance and training – The last phase of success with SPS is onsite start-up and training. SPS serves as support at start-up. We work with our clients staff to ensure that proper utilization of the installed equipment is understood. SPS also provides detailed documentation to allow for a sustained success once the onsite support phase is complete.
